On 28 October, seven great poets, scholars, critics and translators received the ”Gloria Artis” Medal from the Mayor of Krakow, Prof. Jacek Majchrowski. Among them were: Józef Baran, Stanisław Stabro, Krzysztof Lisowski, Gabriela Matuszek, Beata Szymańska-Aleksandrowicz, Elżbieta Zechenter-Spławińska and Adam Ziemianin.
